Teathering is connecting your phone via USB to a computer. DUN stands for Dial Up Networking, where the phone dials into a data circuit, just as an old POTS modem would. Internet Sharing is just as it is in Windows, the ability to have a device share a connection to the Internet with another device. An example is: While being tethered to the computer having your phone dial up (DUN) a data connection and have the computer use the phone as a modem (this does not require Internet Sharing). Another example is: Using the WMWifirouter program to initiate DUN and share the connection over the phone's 802.11 system (ad hoc wifi network) to your laptop. This would require Internet Sharing, just as it would in a normal PC to PC environment.
