CAn any one help? no Sound coming from my pcc6700

Hey guys, i bought the pcc 6700 for my fiance, the sound worked great for 2 hours, then next thing you know the sounds doesn't, no ringtone sound only vibates, do i need to get a new phone or is this a common problem that can be fixed. Help

does either ...the speakerphone or ear speaker location work?

If both dont work (like if they are muted)...it might me the connector for the headphones at the bottom of the 67 that might be making contact and putting the phone in the mute state.

Try inserting your headphone jack numerous times to maybe unstick the connection to unmute the 67.

Thanks your a life saver. My ol lady messed hers up last night just plugging her headphones in and lost all sound. I wish I would have seen your post before the old Hard Reset.Ha I even flashed back to a Stock Sprint Rom......D*mn

I am also waiting for the day my 67 does the same, I use the headphones almost every day before calling it a night, with sat radio...etc...and it is going on 2yrs no problems yet....but I know the day is coming, when it happens it happens....lol.

Hey UZ, have you ever thought of streaming your audio over BT? Thats what I use it everyday at work (bc they ***** about us streaming over the network) and would keep you from being 'tied' to your device.

I own some HP bt headphones which work pretty good using Wifi/Evdo for sat radio and I do use them but not as much as the wired, I just like using the mini (walkman style) phones just run the wire in my shirt, so that I dont get tangled and that is one less thing on batteries I have to worry about and charge...lol.

hey guys my speaker isn't working, i'm getting no ring or sounds. I plugged my headphones and i hear all the sounds, but when i unplug it then i heard nothing. Is my phone's speaker a done deal now? I've been searching but can't find solutions of what else it can be..

sounds like your headphone jack and jacked up.....try inserting and removing...the headset jack numerous times once in awhile the headset jack will get stuck and not release keeping you phone in the mute state as in being used with headphone.
