Vibrate Issues?

What happens with all sorts of electric motors is that sometimes (after lots of use) they stop in the middle of the magnetic field and get "stuck". They are getting pulled by both magnets at the same time and then wont rotate... happens quite a bit with starter motors/other armatures. That's why you will occasionally see people with old cars hit the starter with a hammer... It moves the armature.
