"Guinea Pig" 6700 R.I.P. (Reduced Into Parts)

The other night tragety struck. I accidently hooked my usb cable with my Strat's headstock and pulled my Apache off the computer desk right into my pedalboard. It cracked the screen and you can imagine the results. I robbed the screen off my old "Guinea Pig" 6700 to repair it and am thinking of parting it out, or selling it as a kit (just add screen) Interested parties can email me guitardoc64@yahoo.com and I can provide pix, and answer questions, etc. All proceeds from any sales will be donated to the kitchen team here and of course a portion will go to Helmi.

how does the case look mine is real beat up and needs so refreshing. ill take it if it looks good. and is it a sprint case or verizon?

There's some minor scratches. It is an older Sprint red logo model.

you might consider just keeping it.. I had a simular thing happen to mine. I purchased the screen on Ebay for around $30 and Sprint installed it for free.... Later when the volume key went out they traded it out for a mogul

also is it possable to get the power switch? i have a friend whos to stupid to have the phone replaced under warrenty so just ejects the sd card to wake it up

I had considered it, but I'm about to spring for a touch, and keep the 6700 on my other line.
I was using the "Pig" for trying new ROMS, but the new kitchen kinda eliminated the need for testing because it's so stable. I'm going to list the parts for sale as soon as I inventory what's good or not. The d-pad board is bad, it got konked when it fell. Basically everything but the screen and that is good. I will post pix of available parts and pricing.

wouldn't do ya any good. It was the first thing that broke and sent this 6700 on the path of experiment...
