SD card reader fails under WM6

Last week, I was unable to read my SD card on my PPC-6700. I had ben running Helmi's WM6 image. Since I was going to take my device to the Sprint store to file a sa claaim, I reverted back to APA_SPCS_20600_303_12700_WWE. I think installed the SD card, and low and behold, it worked!

Has anyone else lost SD card functions while on WM6? Should I still persue a replacement?
Maybe the re-image just shocked the system enough tio get it working.

Thanks.

Ok so what kind of SD card do you have? Standard mini SD or SDHC? When you were cooking your ROM which SD option did you take? What size SD card are you having issues with?

It is labelled a Mini and made by SanDisk. It is 2.0 Gig.

I did not cook this image myself. This is the Rom image that Helmi released a few months back.

Hmmm not sure since I never did use Helmi's built ROM. You might try the kitchen and see if you still have issues.
