I work for a company that sells Microsoft Accounting software, I could ask their legal department to go and have a chat with him.
That you dont want to do, as Microsoft dont give up when it comes to people pinching their software. Sue is one thing but these guys get repaid for lost royalties and fines as they busted a guy in Australia, selling computers and just using one DVD to copy the XP.
That poor bastard was fined over a million bucks.
So a million bucks $5.99 on ebay minus ebay fee, he will be selling bootleg copies of the PPC geeks work for the rest of his life

Counterfeits and Copyright Violations
Other Potential Infringement

Just looked and it was pulled. Hope that's the end of it. I hate seeing that kind of crap.

Seems that he has a lot of stuff in his "store" that may be in the same category.

Many thanks... I found a few more I want to report.. this stuff tweaks me... its' one thing that we're all here doing it anyhow

Yeah, selling the phone with WinMo6 already installed is questionable at best, however, selling and profiting from the "upgrade," definitely bad kharma. And he doesn't even mention that some of the apps included need to have licenses purchased for them, like Resco Explorer.
Even this wonderful website is on shaky ground, though Microsoft is nice to turn a blind eye. Then again, they did give WinMo6 upgrade licenses to the carriers and manufacturers for free.
