I am reporting it as fraudulent/copyright violation. He can't be "selling" unauthorized copies of WM6, which is totally different from getting donations for doing the work for this IMO.

Maybe he's doing this because others are as well. This is not the first i've seen on this. Who has a copyright to this? Still a stupid thing to do by the way..lol

I emailed him and the one person who actually bought a copy. He removed the listing and asked me to never contact him again.

Hey.. here's another one... under what premise did you report them to Ebay?

and it keeps telling me I need to email ebay.

I'd love to report these douchebags....

I went through the ebay channels, you need to have an ebay account to do it (though I never use mine for anything). At the bottom there is a "report this" button, and then click on the reasons, it will give you a faq as well as a "contact us" link which will do what you need it to do.
