Asking How to change default save location and temp folder

I searched and I could not find information on this. This sounds like a great idea. I am sure many others would think so to, have a hack like this. I do not have much internal space so temp folder on SD card would be nice. Aswell as the new save location for downloaded content via PIE, and files sent via bluetooth where as currenlty its going to main location.
