2. I'll recommend you to the 6700 stylus, because of the fact that it's all plastic with an aluminum layer, plus it's longer... It's not security that matters, it's durability. 3. Both can handle 2 Gig cards with no problem, but the 6800's OS is meant more for SDHC (4 gig, and put some notches on it after the installation of the SDHC device driver to take it above and beyond 4 gigs).

I'll offer the contrary view...
If you build your own WM6 rom for the 6700, put a dab of superglue on the stylus near the end (not the tip) and let it dry before you shove it back in, and pick up the oem extended battery (not the big fat one, just the 1500mah one) then there's no reason to get the 6800... milk another year out of the 6700, and get whatever comes out after the touch. (oh, and the 6700+wm6 has no problem with larger SDHC cards) The 6800 just isn't that much different. |

I agree with schettj. but i never have issues with my stylus...it always stays put. I still have a 6700 but a smaller phone does look appealing.

Thanks schettj, i hadnt wanted to flash to a wm6 or anything other then OEM, but i might consider it.
There is a bundle kit on seidio that has the 1500 battery, case etc etc that I might get to convince me to keep my phone. Any seidio discount codes out there? |

Another plus is the seido crystal case eliminates card ejection, and holster eliminates accidental joystick presses of normal leather cases.
Too bad they should offer discount being that the 6700 is an older model. Should last you until the next-gen models, like the "re-touch" with infra-red virtual keyboard, or the "6900" with wafer-thin roll out keyboard comes out ![]() Yes I am kidding.
