What are my odds of getting a replacement..

The down position on my 6700 doesn't work and I am going to take it in for them to fix. What do you think the odd's are that they won't be able to fix this in the store? Has anyone had this issue before, if so was Sprint able to fix it? I am kind of hoping for a mogul upgrade, but then again don't want to part with my 6700 just yet..so I guess either two scenarios work for me..
