PDANet--- does it work w/o getting charges?
has anyone tried, used or have any feed back for this...

Supposedly PDANet allows you to do PAM for free because it disguises it to look like regular data usage

I am using that program and I like it. I don't see why it would allow data charges to your account if you have a vision plan. Am I wrong?

yeah I called twice to Sprint CS to make sure that there was no extra charges. all covered in unlimited data. also every way your pc dials out #777 so theres no difference.

oh no theres charges for tethering if u don't have the phone as a modem plan....just our phone uses so much data anyway I think they don't really notice with pda phone owners.

On my phone ive streamed my webcam off of Orb at 507Kbps, and left it running for atleast an hour, and thats alot of data transfered, So tethering and just browsing the net on my computer wouldnt even match that. So how are they gonna prove it?

I know that's what I'm saying....I have done the same with many gbs in a matter of hours downloading and what not....I don't think they can tell with us pda owners like I said

thats crazy so you are telling me there is a charge for using my phone as a modem????? I called 2 times asking about this and they said there was NO charge becuase of my vision plan. Can't believe they did not tell me this
