Need help, .dsm file error

Hey guys, Im trying to add phm registry to the 3.5 kitchen, and I followed the "cook your own rom" guide to adding cabs into the oem, but when I try to drag my Phm_Registry folder into the Builddsm.exe it says that builddsm cant find the dsm file, any ideas on what I did wrong?

I attached my Phm_Registry folder, this is exactly what I have in my OEM folder

Looks like you have double file extensions on each of the files. Make sure you have Hide File Extensions for Known File Types unchecked in Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View

I have also attached a working PHMRegEdit for comparison.
