Can someone try to use their audio gateway a few times and then see if there are any issues with the phone not wanting to voice dial when you lock the screen?

It seems that it was the BTToggle program for me that caused the issue, But I kinda want to make shure because yeah, It PWNS and Id hate to not use it when Im not even 100% it caused my issues...

This works on my xv6700 w/ 2.07rom, and my HS850! It'll tide me over till i can afford a stereo bt hs. Thanks!

quick questions

I'll probably sound like a newbie but is there anyway to check if you have the current .net framework or is it something I would have manually installed?

and where is the file to create a shortcut or direct a button to the device lock to save today screen space?

You all are such an awesome resource!

ebbtide 02-08-2007 09:20 AM

hmm, i tried the bttoggle but get an error when I try to run it..

"The file "BTToggle" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of it's components cannont be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file"

I'm guessing this is because I don't have the proper .net framework. The link for this in the first post is no longer active. What is the proper .net framework I need? Or is there something else wrong? I already tried re-downloading and reinstalling the .zip/cab.

Thanks!

it works on my bluetooth for about 5 seconds and then it keeps cutting off, is there another tweak to keep it on without keep cutting off or did I do something wrong.... I have the h700

cdpanzan 02-09-2007 09:42 AM

Mine too, I have a HS820. It works only for about 10 secs and the sound come back to the ppc.

Wideawake 02-09-2007 12:27 PM

running a custom aku? that's probably ur issue best report it there ;)

dzuchowski 02-10-2007 09:22 PM

this does not work on treo 700wx
os 5.1.195 build 14929.2.2.1

software version treo700wx-1.14spnt
hardware version A
Firmware 108

i have also tried the a2dp hack from the 750 treo no luck, each time i try something new i hard reset the phone to play it safe and start over. i would like to get my motorola ht-820 stereo headset to work for music and not just calls.

Wideawake 02-10-2007 09:48 PM

yea that's the treo 4 ya ;)

ok, so i just downloaded that bt toggle app and i run it.. i then press the button on my headset.. i hear music for about 10 seconds then it goes back to the phone.. how do you keep it going on the headset without cutting out?

same here on Colonel's 3.3 rom... i lock it, hit the button, it beeps, i unlock and open any music, it plays for abt 10 seconds in my ear, then reverts back to the phone. If I hit the button in my ear again, I get 10 more seconds. Any clues or ideas anyone? I hate to have to go back to sku2.2 just to be able to listen to music (really, I'll just go w/o music if thats the case...)

Can anyone confirm that this works under 3.5?

SportbikeRiderXX 02-19-2007 04:46 PM

Verizon XV6700, stock ROM.
Motorola H700.

Works perfect, thanks.

Also works great with my Sirius WM5/TCPMP combo.

mcq3000 02-20-2007 01:23 AM

bttogle doesnt work with aku 3.x, audiogateway always shuts down after 10 seconds, you guys need btaudio.zip, this one works with all aku 3.x versions and keeps audiogateway open, I have tested this and it works flawlessly, I can use my bt headset to talk with skype, plus when you disable btaudio.zip through its menu interface you get back voicedial! it works perfectly

Big D5 02-20-2007 08:55 AM

Bad Sector wrote a great little program that has the audio gateway built in also aids in caller announcement transfer to bluetooth. Find it HERE

SportbikeRiderXX 02-20-2007 02:07 PM

Does anyone know if this program will work on the smartphone (Cingular 3125), or if there is anything else out there that will perform the same funtion on a smartphone?

Wideawake 02-20-2007 04:12 PM

I don't think it will but u could try it :D
