I was looking to set-up an Exchange server for my Sprint 6700 WM6, tried the mail2web personal account for $4.95/mo - VERY HAPPY!
Having my phone in constant sync with a server reminds me of the days when I had a Sidekick - I had a web interface to enter data, and it instantly was on my device. If I decide to install a new ROM, my PIM data automatically restores itself. No ActiveSync duplicates, having to dock, or partnership issues - it's a great solution and I just wanted to share my good experience with everyone else. No, I don't work for Mail2Web - in fact, they offer a FREE version (mail2web live) that works just great, but I wanted to be able to back up my online data (pst), and that's only included with the pay version. A .cab file is included with your free account for quick/easy setup of the exchange settings on your Windows Mobile 5/6 device. Blackberry support too (additioanl cost for bb though) My only complaint: their website needs someone to make it easier to follow. Standard Site: http://www.mail2web.com Mobile Web Browser Access: http://mail2web.com/pda Additional Downloads/Widgets: http://services.mail2web.com/FreeServices/Downloads/ Exchange on your Windows Mobile Details: http://services.mail2web.com/Busines...ActiveSync.asp Anyone else currently using this...?
