how to put mms and internet on a ppc 6700 thats already flashed to cricket?

Hey i recently got a ppc 6700 from attel and its already flashed to cricket. but it doesnt have mms and internet. Its not activated yet. but i was wondering how i would put mms and internet on it, would i need to activate it first?
