Mic and pezker not working on my HTC 6700 (Apache) any way of fixing it?

I have a HTC 6700 and a while back I started to get a white screen, and it fixed its self, then the mic and speaker stared to cut out, I had to old my phone in strange ways to get it to work. Now for the last 3 months its been out so I got a headset of it. Then I tried up dating it, to Windows 6, cause someone told me it was a software problem (I knew it wasn't). I want to know how to fix this myself, and the tools I would need. Sorry it says pezker not speaker, I wasn't looking while I typed, I cant type!!
