How to backup SQLCe 3.0

I have a program named Pocket Workout Wizard (excellent program for weight lifters btw). This program uses SQLCe 3.0. How would I back this information for when I hard reset or cook a new ROM? I save my workout journals and information like that wouldn't want to lose it every time I wipe my phone which is like every other day now that I've learned to cook (Thanks Helmi)

There are numerous viewers/editors available. Just Google SQLCe database viewer. I haven't personally used it, but there is a free one over at SourceForge:

Thank you. I looked up SQLCe backup, but it was a bunch of sites about converting the SQLCe database to other formats. I wouldn't have thought of looking it up with the word viewer.
