GMAIL IMAP support

can this help us 6700 users?

i currently use gmail through pocket outlook via pop

can we use this feature?

People have been using GMail through POP. IMAP access was just introduced and should be rolling out to all accounts over the next few days.

i just checked -- i don't have the option to change to imap yet, but as soon as i do i'll test it out -- is this just for WM6 devices or did you configure it on a WM5 ROM?

I'm having trouble with it downloading the full message. I don't get the "Download Message" option when I select a message header.

I get this error sometime.

"Unabale to connect to the incoming mail server. Verify that your login information is correct, then try again to send and receive mail."

THEY TOOK AWAY MY IMAP!!! Hopefully to fix bugs??? What Gmail giveth, Gmail taketh away...

i havent been able to get it to sync. i enabled imap in gmail and set all the settings up correctly but no luck. oh well, i'll keep trying.
