I assume it's an after-the-flash .cab install?

Edit: DUUUUUUH!

Not only does it fix the data arrow, it fixed a problem I noticed when attempting to punch in my ##Lock code#. The Touch dialer in the .4 kitchen's ROM would not accept the lock. I installed the bb dialer and it somehow fixed the problem. I'd still like to see some way of changing the touch dialer from an OEM to an Optional. Rereading my dog-eared copy of the kitchen manual, but since it's more on dealing with the kitchen and making OEM's it's not much help.

Well I almost thought you were the one I sold my husband's phone to! His 6700 had Windows 6.0 on it, and the buyer just emailed me with the same problem, so now I have to find the original software for it, and I'm not having any luck.
I went to UTStarcom's website, but all they have is a cab file that's an upgrade, NOT the original rom. Does anyone know where I can get the complete original rom with Windows 5.0?
Could someone PLEASE email me this info like ASAP? badfairygirl26 [at] aol.com

I'd really, really appreciate it. The buyer is mad because he cant activate it, and I dont want to keep him waiting.
