Thanks for the great builds. Used 4, and now 6. Probably won't change to 7 because 6 is so stable, and it takes all day for me to upgrade.

Oh yeah I'm sorry, I was thinking Verizon... wasn't sure if there was any diifference in codes there. Glad you got it working though.

I know this isn't specific to your build but are you also getting an occasional freeze up after a reboot? I have plaxo so all my stuff gets saved but still... Thanks again! Great build.

I have never experienced freezes on reboot unless the HTC Home weather plugin in enabled to auto sync. Maybe that is it, check to see if it's enabled.

Everyone... sorry for the delay... build 7 is coming, I've just been really busy lately.

I have been having the same issue... it's not on every reset. But it's happened 3 times since Rev 3 to me. Okay where are the settings for the HTC Home Weather... cuz I can't find it to disable auto sync.

I'm having issues trying to install the latest Verizon version ffrom 6700development.com. I run APACUpgradeUt_noID.exe and put it in bootloader mode and plug it in, it goes to USB on the screen, but when I click next, the current and updated version info are empty and then I get ERROR 150: ROM UPGRADE UTILITY ERROR and it says this ROM upgrade utility is not designed for my device. Anyone have any suggestions on whether I'm doing anything wrong here? Thanks in advance!

robmayer - Which version of the WM6 kitchen did you use for this?

Is it the latest Apache Kitchen CE OS 5.2.1908 (Build 18508.0.7.0) ?

You probably have bootloader v. 2.05 from the latest official Verizon update. Search the forums for "bootloader 2.05" and there is a good thread about it somewhere.

Yep, latest... 5.2.1908. This should also take care of some issues you guys are having that I personally was not able to fix in my other builds. Good thing Helmi was still feeling generous towards us Apache users...

Pardon me for being a noob but I can't find the links to this ROM anywhere in the the thread. The first post doesn't contain any links that I can see. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks robmayer...I can't wait to get involved and start working with this stuff...

"Hi all,

First, thank you for all of the support posts you have been posting in the last two days or so.
Second, this is not by any means guiding people way from here... but the already released builds of my clean Apache WM6 are still in the download section of my site. Build 7 and future releases will be kept on here.
I simply just do not have the time or the patience to transfer 500+ MB of roms from ftp to ftp. So for the last time, the link for all roms build 6 and older are still in the downloads section at 6700development.com."

I asked for help over in the Bootloader downgrade sticky and they advised I use Rob's nk.nbf with the kitchen's upgrade program (I don't know the actual term for what it is) and when I run it that way, I get Error 120: Country ID Error. Any suggestions on what's wrong or if I did something wrong? Thanks!

Make sure you are using it with the kitchens 2.05 bootloader RUU. The kitchen has three different RUU's... The typical one that comes with all Apache official upreades, the No-ID RUU, and the bootloader 2.04/2.05 RUU.
I may be partially incorrect, but I know there is a 2.05 RUU in there at least.. I think.

HTC's audio player works so much better with the Bluetooth device in my car. Is there a way to change the HTC Launch Music Player back to Audio Manager? Or is there a plugin to fix WMP so it doesnt skip so bad. I doubt there is a way to have Audio Manager respond to MS Voice Command, but it would be really cool if that was a possibility.
