Welp. Installed it. And it failed miserably....

JUST KIDDING! It's beautiful so far. And it even worked on Vista! Usually I have to upate my phone on an XP unit.. but this flash worked beautifully.

OK, has anyone noticed that the character counter is missing on the SMS view in Messaging? It was a useful feature, esp. for Twitter posts (which have to be 140 characters or less). My apologies if this was posted already, but this thread has increased like 40 pages in the past day and, well, that's a lot to read for one friggin question.

feel your pain and i almost peed myself when i thought i bricked my phone. i updated my activesync to 4.5 and flashed it again and it worked, i don't know if this is the problem you are facing but it helped me. I try all kinds of things then i called my buddy and we were talking about wm6 and he told me he had to upgrade to 4.5 in order for the phone to connect so i tried that and it worked...

as stupid as it sounds it worked. I am not as educated on roms and phones as some of these fellas on here but that helped me
