Change the slot cycle index of the phone to 0....that's what I did.

i didnt have a cable connected... i was just trying to view my bootloader
version so i would know which rom to download.. there are 2 for verizion,

after reading all of your compliments to the chef on this upgrade...im not
sure what to expect.. however the original software on the 67oo from
verizon totally sucked. including wm5 in its native form....

MY PET PEVE WAS THE BOWED EDGES OF THE TITLE BARS WHERE THEY
MEET THE TODAY SCREEN..LETTING WHITE LIGHT THRU... THAT WAS
JUST SO TACKY...DROVE ME NUTTS....
then i found some AWESOME programs and a Vista theme that is just killer...
and it solved the bent bars issue... never looked back...

if anyone out there isnt upgrading and would like a copy of this outstanding
vista theme...let me know..ill send it to you.. it was made by some krazy dutchman.... you have to run wizbar though for it to work.

JUST DID THE ROM UPGRADE, JUST CONNECTED VIA USB , ACTIVE SYNC ON, AND CLICKED THE ROM EXE FILE...UPGRADE STARTED, IT SAID IT WOULD TAKE 20 MINS.... IT TOOK LESS THAN 2 .... FINISHED, I DID THE SOFT RESET WHEN I SAW IT SAY REBOOTING IN LESS THAN 3 SECONDS.. IT DID
ANOTHER SOFT RESET ON ITS OWN... AND IT CAME UP WIHT HTC ON THE SCREEN AND BOOTED JUST FINE..... SPENT THE LAST HOUR TRYING EVERYTHING... IT ALL WORKS FLAWLESSLY....

IT IS JUST SO FRIGGIN AWESOME..... I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS...SO ILL
JUST SEND MONEY....LOL

MAY I MAKE ONE SUGGESTION... OFFER A FEW WORDS OF INFORMATION AND DIRECTION ON PAGE ONE HERE... WHERE THERE ARE 2 CHOICES FOR A
VERIZON ROM.... MY 6700 WOULD ONLY EVER SAY USB AND 2.O .....YOUR CHOICES ARE JUST ....VERIZON... AND VERIZON 1.1O ..THAT IS EXTREEMLY CONFUSING.... IT COULD BE BETTER WORDED......

You Could Just Do A Search In The Reg For That Term....

A Quick Note To Everyone Who Might Use The Black Belt Clip 6700 Plastic Holster.... If The Top Clip Drags Over Your Sd Card And Ejects It All The Time.... Take The Card, Put The Top Edge On A Small Course File And File The Top Down Untill It Sits Down Below The Surface Of The Slot.... It Will Stay Put.... Doesnt Hurt The Card At All...top 1/3 Is Just Plastick

Alsso On Same Holster,... The Hole For The Joystick Must Be Enlarged About Twice The Original Size So That It Doesnt Fick Your Joystick Going In Or Out Of The Holster... That Is Very Annoying....

its not in the reg, or so people say, I have the MSL # from sprint, I tried ##775# and i type the msl # and only get one blank entry, no SCI.

I tried ## MSL # get two entries, one with the phone # and the other all 0's.

Any other suggestions?
