Like ggruusa says. It's a bad ROM. What often happens is people select a buncha junk to through into the the ROM and they have a bootloader like 2.02/2.05 and it can't hold much. Select very few apps. Generally, lean and mean is the best way. But the real trick is to find the middle spot, add a few OEM's and see how it runs. God luck.
