help wanted
 

well, ive done it before and i had problems, but eventually got it to update from 5.0 to 6.0 on my ppc 6700. well, i broke the adapt. on the old one and they replaced me with a brand new 6700. now i can't get it to load up. i'm stuck on a blank screen of "serial" and when i connect it says "usb" on the phone. well, it keeps sayin' "101 connection error" please, i feel lost without my phone. someone help explain what i can do... please and thank you.

What bootloader version do you have? Do you have the latest active sync loaded on your CPU? Should be 4.5 or newer. If you have bootloader 2.05 you will probably have to downgrade to the 2.02 bootloader. There is a thread dedicated to that in the Main Apache forum.
