There is a new SPB Pocket Plus 4.0 and an upgraded WMWiFiRouter (.97). Any chance of adding these in an update?

Maybe at some point. SPB stuff is a pain to OEM.

I am getting the following error after trying to login to BuildOS:
----
Internal Error.
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
Unable to connect to the remote server.
----
This worked before and it remember my credientials so is this just a network issue? After looking at the threads for idea I did find anything in my searches that noted the fix.

Since the time it worked I have run the updater, days have past, dev software on my pc was updated, updater has been run again today.

Thanks for any help! I like the new ROM - thanks for all the efforts to those directly involved and the forum contributions.

I seem to be getting the exact same error.

The first time it kept telling me I needed a 5 character password. So, I went to the forum and changed my password to 5 characters.

Now, it keeps giving me the login fail error. And I can't start the program.

Help???

Thanks.

This has nothing to do with your PPCGeeks login. You can use the same username if you like, but choose a different password. I think this has been brought up several times in this thread. Changing your password at PPCGeeks.com will have no affect on your buildOS login.

Hi, All--

First off--a HUGE THANKS to everybody associated with the Kitchen - it is absolutely KILLER!

I downloaded it the other day and built a ROM using the kitchen yesterday; flashed it to my phone and loaded my apps, and *thought* everything was working perfectly . . . until I tried to reply to a text message.

Every time I tried, it would seem like it was trying to load and simply crash/exit.

Anyone have any ideas about what might cause this?

Thanks in advance!

Anybody have any ideas?

I did did a quick test w/out any issues using:
Verizon
WM 6.1 CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0)

I know that the BuildOS has had some updates but I can't get that working yet so this ROM is from early last week. Perhaps something you have is different?

It connects over http now, so if you have internet access at work, there shouldn't be a problem.

It installed and updated perfectly. I have a sprint branded PPC6700 that's been flashed to use with Cricket. Everything worked great with 6.0 except I could send pics with MMS, but not receive them (still working on that). In the WM 6.0 kitchen I had to select Sprint as the carrier on the toolbar and cricket under the customizations. Now with the 6.1 kitchen, if I select Cricket and standard RUU, I get the Country ID error (ROM not for this device). If I select NoID Ruu, I get the not the proper update utility error. I have bootloader v2.02. If I go with Sprint as my carrier, it doesn't customize any of my settings. Any suggestions? Thanks again for the great work. Donations coming.

I have the same problem with MMS messages sending OK but I cannot receive them. I'm on Verizon and this has always worked before in the previous WM6 Kitchen for me. I've even tried sending myself a picture message and others have tried too, they just never show up.

Anyone else have this / fixed this?? This is kinda a deal-breaker for this ROM for me... :(

Hmmm.... what IP or domain is it attempting to connect to?
My port 80 should be wide open, so I'm wondering what could be blocking it from work (maybe Content filtering for some reason).
