I got the 6.1 Chinese working and I like it other than the fact I don't speak or read Chinese. It seems to be faster and cleaner looking.
I just can't seem to get any of my cabs to load.

I think perhaps Guru is just poking fun. Previous hints mentioned a WM6.1 release before Christmas '08 (thus, the Santa reference). Now he's just toying with us with the carrot reference, which probably alludes to Easter being the more likely holiday on which we'll have a working WM6.1 Kitchen.
