Distorted Image

hey whats up people

i upgraded my rom to wm6 and i thought ide do a little sumthing to make my phone more me so i edited the boot up vxw picture with photo shop and i put my name in it and make it look all cool then flashed the rom and when i turned the phone on the image is distorted like blurry and the colors are messed up i know i can fix it if i just restore it back but is there any way i can keep it from distorting?
