When using the Phonepad SIP where are the custom word entries stored, if I wanted to back it up or edit it manually? Thanks in advance.

SDHC Driver included in Kitchen - skipping music

I have a Sandisk 6gb microSDHC card. Using the SDHC.777.cab I installed on my phone running Helmi_C's rom everything was fine. Using the new kitchen to cook a rom with SD and SDHC Support, transfer speeds to and from the SDHC card are slow and playing music files from the card skips. If I cook a rom with only SD support, flash it to the phone, boot the phone, I can then install the SDHC.777.cab and I have no skipping of the audio files and the transfer is as it used to be on Helmi_C's ROM. I have verified this by flashing between the 2 several times.

I have the exact same card, but I'm not seeing these issues. I'm using the HTC Audio Manger and everything is working fine. I haven't tried bluetooth yet, but otherwise seems like it is working great.

I have custom one built with this kitchen. I'll post my selections.txt if you'd like.

I belive verizonguy may have fixed this bug previously. I hope he will share his fix so that we can get it integrated. I too have seen the skipping with Windows Media Player in combination with the SDHC drivers. I believe using a different media player (such as TCPMP, PocketPlayer, or another that is lighter on resources) is a workaround for now until this can be sorted out.

It actually skipped worse with TCPMP than it did with Windows Media Player, go figure. Anyway, I'm working fine with my workaround of building the rom without SDHC support and just installing the cab after first boot. But I look forward to seeing a fix integrated some day. Thanks !!! Bob.

This is purely speculative and correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but I actually feel that there's a difference even ever so slight when you come to flash with the storage card removed. I think you will not find the same issues if you try it. Again, I could be totally wrong, but that's what i've noticed in the past.

Edit: after many reboots it says it is a WkTask error.
