sorry for not completing the Roms i was busy and a lot of people wanted the stock Roms. You have to options

Option 1: rename .NBH file to PANTIMG.NBH and place it in the Storage Card then enter the bootloader Mode By holding The power and camera button and tap the reset button and then the Update will start automatically

Option 2: download THIS then Rename the .NBH file to RUU_Signed.NBH and place it in the Palm Treo Pro folder and then run ROMUpdateUtility.exe

I will update the Roms in the Package ASAP and let you Know when it is updated Sorry again for not doing this earlier

EDIT: I made the Package all you have to do is extract and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
