Re: Heechee's TreoPro GSM 28014 Rom WWE & older
So far so good. Also, I don't know if you've worked more on this problem but Windows Media Player seems to be doing a tad better with Music from SD cards... although, it still has a long delay between songs and will buffer a few times during the first 10 seconds... the rest of the songs play great

Travis, I presume that U would like naked rom with manila now ;)

Re: Heechee's TreoPro GSM 28014 Rom WWE & older
Yup no STD's here... so far. Yeah, it would be awesome to have Manila in a naked ROM. Also, did you say you were going to try a different phone skin to try to get rid of the scroll problem. Is that still in the works?

Re: Heechee's TreoPro GSM 28014 Rom WWE & older
FWIW, I have been running my own plain 28014 ROM since 12-13 and have had zero hangs of the phone. Either I have simply been very lucky or 28014 itself is not the issue. I would be happy to provide a copy of my kitchen to anyone that wants to run a diff against a copy that has the hang. I have been a UNIX developer for over 20 years so all this silly Windows stuff is new to me...not sure at this point how to really debug this stuff...and since I will be using a Droid soon I doubt I'll learn ;-) I am willing to provide info though....

Flashed with the v3 naked ROM, and it runs like a dream. I like the work, but hate QuickGPS. Any way of getting rid of that?

Re: Heechee's TreoPro GSM 28014 Rom WWE & older
Had multiple STD issues with naked v3.1. It looks all are caused by any app uses network while device is in sleep. Also have tried number of MatBee's 230xx, but there is "dead screen" problem.
