Before we can get One of the Custom Roms on your device, We will need to get it Unlocked (Giving it Bootloader access in order to Flash the Rom).

This is as easy as a few step process.


Step 1) first go to this website:

rhodiumw.htc-unlocks.com/hard-spl.php

Then click on the link that says:

"Download newest RhodiumW Hard-SPL package here"
(It is blue text at the end of the first white text paragraph)

Step 2) Now extract that to your desktop.

Step 3) Once you have the Icon for the Hard-SPL, Connect your Phone to your PC via USB (Active Sync).

Step 4) Now open the Hard SPL and click on Automatic (Its the top options, NOT manual)

Once this is done you are offically SPL Unlocked, now its time to flash a rom.

I got an unlock imagio and im using Tmobile, if i change the rom, would that take the unlock away from my phone?
