Re: Top Developers
Hey Karl and Dave ... some of the top developers are Adam G with his Oxygen series, Peter Alfonso's Bugless Beast roms, and of course the Cyanogen team. I prefer GB, but there is a wide selection of ICS, based on the leaked 4.04 from Sprint. Let me know if you would like some links.

Re: Top Developers
Voodoo colors are a way to adjust the color intensity and gamma on the Nexus S screen. There are no shortages of opinion. My personal opinion is that the original settings that come with the Sprint Nexus S are very good, and when combined with a great kernel such as Franco's ... more than enough for a great looking screen. By the way, all this is affected by the brightness control in settings ... I keep mine with "auto off", and the slider about 35-40%.

Re: Top Developers
Sure ... you could extract them from the d/l urls. The Oxygen and DevNull roms are available at Oxygen Forum ... Bugless Beast is at Peter Alfonso ... and Cyanogen Mod is in several places, but I like to use goo-inside.me.
