Offical Mango (WP 7.5) watch thread.(mango released check zune)

Today is the 27th, according to MS and a ton of sites. it's MANGO day ! World wide a lot of carriers have released Mango today.

AT&T has, Verizon is claimed for today, Sprint is quoted 2-3 days from now.

Did you get yours from your carrier and who and when ?

I called Verizon today and as normal, tech people didn't even have a clue what mango was till I told them, then I was told I would have to wait for HTC to release it.

Edit: Officialy released, connect your phone to zune>settings>Phone> Phone update, then check for updates. 95% of the phones are getting is, some LG, Dell and the HD7s are delayed as of 9/27

I tried checking for updates with Zune, but it keeps telling me there is a connection error and to restart my phone and try again. I have done that a few times with no success.

I haven't seen anything on Verizon's site yet about it. Hopefully it will be later today.

Updated on WPcentral, connected my trophy "An update is available" According to WPcentral, this is for Sprint too...

Check your Zunes !!!!!!

Edit: It's creating a backup too...There is a way back if needed !!!!!!

according to a sprint tweet the update for arrive is available. I synced with zune and it said my phone was already up to date (not mango). I will check back later. I did see though that they were going to roll it out over a few weeks. I really hope i don't have to wait that long.

Grrrr...I keep getting that stupid connection error. I've tried restarted the phone numerous times and I've tried a different USB port with no luck. Hopefully my Zune and USB cable at home will work...
