Well, it worked before, that's why I'm so confused. Where do I find this usb client? I tried searching for it and couldn't find it.

check windows update on your PC, it should be under optional updates.

Nope, nothing. I tried reinstalling it, deleting the USB drivers so they would reinstall, deleting the certificate for zune, and renaming some file Microsoft said to rename. Still nothing.
