Developers get 7712 build of Windows Phone "Mango" (now available) - Page 2

Installed. Thanks for the heads up! Saw the tweets about the future availablity but I wasn't confident it would be this easy to get updated.

If you didn't touch Mango B2 but, were tempted, You can't get closer to what the final is than this. If you are running B2 now, this is a no brainer.

A worthy install. Note on the backup thing, Make sure you backup and personally, I would stick with Zune that came with B2 not the updated version, it removed the restore option for some reason, and I still like to play.

The word is still that you need to roll back to NoDo to get the final from your carrier (backup your backup)

Besides it breaking my "sideloading"(i'll fix at some point) it is awsome.

I do this stuff because I am very passionate about it, not because I am on a deadline or anything. Is there a paycheck for writers ?

I guess if I had to write for 5 hours a week, I would not have time to browse the other sites to find the new info...

Maybe your writers should just follow my posts

Maybe you could help news guys/gals a little since your "top" wp7 news finder?

Updated to 7712 this evening... it definitely seems more responsive. I don't use Twitter or LinkedIn, so neither of those are of any benefit to me, but it's nice to see Microsoft is working to bring more to the table.

HTML5 Speed Reading

with the previous beta. I'm sure they will get it working by the full release.

hmm, came across a feature in this new build that I haven't seen covered yet... I received a video mms this morning! but I don't think we can send them yet :/

Oh yeah it seems that the city names are off. It finds Long Beach, Ca as Alamitos Beach and Lakewood as Old Lake City. LOL more funny than anything.

sometimes it goes by neighborhood or community area name. I know when I'm in Chicago it does this for example it'll say im in westtown or Avondale instead of saying Chicago.

didnt know u was in chicago too bro coo lol i still never updated to any of the beta's its damn near mango time now ill keep waitin it out and be fully surprised tho im thinkin about paying full retail asap when a mango phone with a front cam comes to verizon
