How do I log into Marketplace with a new/different Live ID?

ok so I was downloading apps and stuff using a windows live ID, but that was just one I created to download some free apps and play around. I want to sign in to the marketplace using my other live ID but even though I added it in settings, I can't seem to change it to where the market signs in with the new Live ID.

How can I either:

1) change the first Live ID name/password so I can log into marketplace with it OR

2) make it log into market from my 2nd Live ID and either delete or just not use the first/default one?

was going to try both, but am flashing NoDo as soon as it comes to my HD2 (very soon) which will actually hard-reset in the process.
