maybe a dumb question... can I get a sprint winmo device on verizon to avoid dataplan

So the subject says it all...

can I buy a used sprint winmo device such as the htc touch pro and bring it over to verizon to avoid the dataplan?

Is there a way to take the ESN from my xv6800 and put it on a sprint device and avoid having verizon even know that I have changed devices?

Obviously this is all hypothetical... if it can be done but can't be discussed openly please pm me.

I like my xv6800 but am feeling the slowness of the processor when I run 6.5 on it, esp in internet explorer. I am really deadset against the data plan as I have a data enabled device from work and it doesn't get very good data coverage at my home.
