I just bought a body glove case from the sprint store today. Regular price was 29.99, the rep gave me 25% off.. so + tax = $24.51... this case look really nice. The phone fits perfectly on all around the corner. I highly recommend that you should go into the store and give it a try.

By the way, the sprint store that I went to is in Sacramento, CA.

My holster type case is damaging the screen on my TP2.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...1&d=1255277515

I see two dark horizontal bands on my screen, when I look at it from more then a 30 degree angle. You can see this with the screen off or on (although you can't see it unless it is against a white background when the screen is on).

At first I thought I might have squeeged two hard when I put on a screen protector.

But I just figured out that my case has ridges in it where the belt loops press against it.

The irony here is that I have always put my screen inward in the case to help protect it more. I will keep the screen outward from now on.

I have what looks like the exact same case but mine has a soft protective lining (it's a real soft felt like stuff)on the belt loop side (does yours not have that??).

I'm not using it for my TP2 as I have a glove leather case that I like much better, but looking at it I can't see any way it would cause damage like you're describing.

yes, the inside is lined with soft velvet. But the belt loop stitch creates a hard ridge beneath the velvet, and the constant pressure I belive is causing the screen problems.

Guess I better get $7 Aseron insurance before my 30 days is up...

If you're still looking for a case/pouch.. I highly recommend this.. go to the sprint store and check it out for yourself.. the picture just doesn't do justice. The fitting is perfect, material feels pleasant, and it protects all corners of the phone...

Online price from sprint.com has increased to $34.99 and out of stock.. go to the store, I'm sure they're willing to give you 25% off $29.99 (instore price).

Mine is on its way but others in the thread have said it's a good fit.

Amazon has it for $15. Stock goes in and out but you can place an order and they'll ship when they get it. Can always cancel if you get tired of waiting.

Yes, the Verizon spring holster fits the Sprint TP2 perfectly. I use it everyday...
