Swapping...
 

If I should decide to get a Pre (I would like to get a TP 2, but there isn't enough changes to justify it) Would I be able to freely go back and forth between the phones depending on what I needed? I love the customization abilities of my TP 2, but I also like the WebOs of the Pre.
I also was curious about the Tour, but There isn't much you can do with a BB in terms of customizing... Unless I'm missing something.

hey get the htc hero youtube it, should be coming to sprint by october, its worth waiting for. The palm isnt really a upgrade its like a downgrade.

I am aware of the Hero, and I'm aware that the Pre's apps will be blowing up soon, along with Windows Marketplace not too far down the road.
My wife has a Pre now, and I'm impressed with the smoothness of it's ui, which we do not have with my TP.
I'm not sure how well Android will take off when compared to WebOs, or Winmo 6.5 or 7.
I may just live with my TP until next year sometime... Who knows.

honestly the pre is nice..but the thing to me felt cheap..and would break on me..which it did so i returned it.. the hero and android is interesting.. and the tp2 is just flat out nice..but my diamond does everything i want it to..so im gonna pass on all of them. unless sprint gets the diamond 2.. them im jumping..

The TP2 just doesn't look like enough of an upgrade for me... I'm looking at either the Pre, or the Tour... The Android stuff doesn't look appealing to me.. I actually have more faith in WM than Android. I can keep my TP for a backup and trips I could make good use of it on (tethering).
The Pre runs very smooth, but I have never really experienced a BB, but the app catalog looks to be awesome.

I went to Best Buy to see how the Tour feels n my hand.. liked it, but they were only selling the vzw version. How smooth does a bb run for instance with video?

umm the pre will blow the hero out of the water speed wise.

yeah avoid android and blackberry IMO. i think pre is the way to go, in a few months im sure we will be able to customize it as much as winmo. plus the apps will grow in time too. i know in november the pre will replace my htc touch vogue.
