you need to unlock and flash your phone with a 6.5 rom, theres only about a hundred to choose from. ok that was hyperbole, but there is quite a selection!

depends on a few things
are you a gsm user or do you use cdma do you have an htc device or do you have a samsung or lg device ppcgeeks does have sections for gsm for the diamond and touch pro, but the place to go for gsm devices is xda-developers.com that said browse around the forums
