Verizons MMS server

Hello world.
God I HATE VERIZON. As a long term Alltel user I am now in the hell world of VZ.

Does anyone have their MMS server information? I need to set it up manually because Facebook mobile updates no longer work with Alltel's MMSC.

I need the
Gateway
Port
Server Address
