Making CABs

My friend is in the middle of making his own icon set/theme for his HTC Home Plug, and we are wondering how we can package it (with the HTC Home Plugin) so that he can reinstall his customized Home instead of installing the plugin then then customization.

Pretty much, he wants to repackage the HTC Home plugin but with his own theme/icons
