Albuquerque, NM & Rev. A -Are you getting it?

I've searched this forum and others alike for months now, and I haven't found the answer.

Albuquerque is supposed to have Rev. A (Sprint). Has ANYONE, living here or just passing through, gotten Rev. A speeds here?? The coverage map says yes, customer service says yes, phone speeds say NO.

You can check the speeds I'm getting on my phone and it's terrible. Now, I'm trying different radios with no luck. If you have had luck, please give me your radio, rom, device setup so I can see if it's something I'm doing wrong.

I've reverted back to the Sprint stock rom, so I can play with radio's independently and try to chart results.
