Need help with Htc Touch
 

hello i have recciently purchased a htc touch from thailand little did i know it dosent support my network when i put my sim card in i get a message saying

Your Current operator (31026) is not supported. you should obtain an update from your device vendor.:protest::protest::protest::protest:

Would you like to select another network provider?

so then i get on the phone with Htc and they tell me theres nothing they can do:angry7::angry7: and im thinking to my self thats impossible i know it can happen so any help would greatly be appericated thank you very much in advance

Good luck with this one all I know is that you are gonna have to unlock it to get it to work for another provider go here and check out GSM elf : http://forum.xda-developers.com/ because this is what you have, not a Vogue which is what there are forums for here...

i thought it would just be a simple rom upgrade ?
