Re: Who is your service provider

I've had them all. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile. At the end, Sprint gave the most "bang for the buck" Verizon may have a slight edge on call quality and customer service but believe me, they are not doing you any favors. You PAY for that extremely slight (hardly noticeable in my opinion) advantage. I don't think it's worth the extra money. Verizon is very stingy with their minutes. It's like having a Kia and someone else having an Acura and they say, My Acura drives so much smoother than your Kia. In the end, Acura isn't doing you any favors because you PAY for that smoothness(almost double) but both cars can get you where you need to go.

Sprint has consistently always given the best plans... I wonder why they are hurting so much and have such a bad churn rate. I know their network isn't as good but it's still decent.

If they go under, they'll be alot of weeping and gnashing of teeth at PPCgeeks.

Re: Who is your service provider

Joined Sprint in '01, I think. AT the time they had the best phone selection hands down. Got a Sanyo 5150 then the 5500. Ah, some good memories with that phone. Fast data, good service in my area even after a hurricane left most without service. Love the NFL features. Nights starting at 7 was good, Simply Everything is better!

I cant understand this either. It seems like they have a lot of customers so why are they hurting so much? Most of their customer service reps are overseas so they save money that way. I just dont understand.

If sprint needed a bailout from their customers, I'd definitely donate like $100 to help keep them going.

Re: Who is your service provider

To me, Sprint is the lesser of the evils. T-mobile has no data network to speak of, AT&T is having more network issues than ever, and Verizon doesnt have the rate plans that we do. So Sprint gets my business, and my life. (i work for them)

Re: Who is your service provider

Sprint. Old Sero Plan 500min, unlimited everything $40after taxes. No one can beat that with anymore. I would still stick with sprint if I somehow got kicked off the sero plan. They still have the best everything plan because it includes everything.

If I went back to a regular cell phone and not windows mobile based I don't know who I would go w/ because I wouldn't be concerned about data as much.
