Question Porting Apps

Ok, not sure where this question should be posted, so, INN KEEPERS OF THE FORUM, PLEASE MOVE IF NEEDED.

That out of the way, I wanted to post on some of the many nice shinny apps that are available for the IPhony / Android which are not available on the MS platform for our phones.

I wanted to know the best way to actually get apps that people would like to see on their ppc/wm phone ported and usable:
-should there be a section made for requests of an app and then possibly a way to track its progression once a coder signs on to do the project
-should we have a way to also "THANK" via monetarily the coder who will "Port" the app to be usable on a Windows based system

I think that there are a lot of really great apps that are not available to us and why should we be left out in the cold not able to use them as well??

Maybe if there is a will, there will be a way. Maybe if people are able to make requests on stuff they would like to see converted, then possibly we can sometime soon see these apps on the WM side as well. If no one can get their requests out and be able to thank the coder for porting the software, then these apps will probably remain only in the apple or android format.

Your thoughts and comments are encouraged!
