This happens if you are running Windows Media Player (like listening to music or something) and then turn your phone off.
The easiest way to deal with this is just to make sure that you fully shut down WMP when you are finished with it (either using one of the millions of programs that will do this for you, or going into you "Running Programs" and actually killing the WMP process.) I am sure that someone could come up with a Regisrty Tweak to correct this, but I figured out how to get rid of it and never really looked into actually tweaking it out of my phone.
