Stand alone GPS program for HTC Touch or Windows Mobile 6.1 (For use in Europe)

I just joined the forums and I wasn't sure where to post this, but i'm going to Europe on October 18th and I wanted to know if there was a seperate gps program I can use because Google Maps, and Windows Live Search both use data and have to dial out.

Is there any program I can use that just uses the GPS so I can use the device in Europe? I know I won't be able to connect to anything over there, so I was wondering if anyone knew.
