Options for a rogers customer friend of mine
 

I was just over at my buddies place and he asked me "what the heck is that thing?" So I told him it's my new phone (Apache 6700) and he starts to check it out and he's really impressed with the touch screen, the wifi capability, etc etc. So I tells him I says "Dude, cheap, who's your carrier?" and that's when the bad news (to me) hits. Rogers... *shudder* So anyway, I tell him that I don't think they make my model in GSM. Good story huh? lol Basically I'm hear to ask the question - What other units are out there that are similar in function to my 6700 yet take sim cards and operate on GSM networks in Canada? I'm thinking an HTC Touch or there's an iPaq on ebay right now. My buddy is a tightwad when it comes to laying down for new "gizmo's" so lets go with best option first (I'll try to find him a deal somewhere) and work our way backwards to cheap lol.
