Internet Explorer Error

Just today I recieved this message when I tried to load google:

Error: Requested content 'www.google.com/' cannot be transmitted due to Header Insertion fail.

Does anyone know what this means? This is the first time that this has happened and you cannot google the error.. I tried
This only happens when I am trying to load a page with my service provider data. Wifi it works fine. BUT, googlemaps works fine with either of the two so it can't be the service provider. Any suggestions? HTC doesn't have any all.

Re: Internet Explorer Error

Are you perchance using Cricket? I began having this problem yesterday and tried to google it to no avail. Googling it this morning I get 2 results and one of them is a Cricket user as well. He claims "it's not cricket", but I think maybe it is, because when I browse via WiFi, everything is fine.

Details:

Browsing any site on the internet brings up the error message:

"Error: Requested content '[site name here]' cannot be transmitted due to Header Insertion fail."

I'm on wm6, on a Sprint Mogul phone flashed for Cricket, attempting to connect through a cellular line connection, which has been working fine for about 6 months or so until yesterday. I also can use google maps no problem. If anybody finds a solution, please let us know what's up.

Re: Internet Explorer Error

I am also in Houston. I'm in the Heights area and work downtown. It seems mine is working intermittently at this point, with slow browsing, timeouts, etc. The quality of service in general has been very poor for me the last few months - weak signal, many dropped calls, incomming calls that don't ring and go straight to voice mail, and an irritating tendency for incomming text messages to be duplicated. But, on an upbeat note, I must say the quality of their product is far superior to their customer service!! (ha ha).

I'd guess there's either a problem with the datastream getting corrupted, or perhaps they're applying some new compression technology or even intentionally causing problems to get us to switch from our "unsupported" 3rd party phones to their own branded phones.
